After your lawn has been treated it is recommended to stay off the grass until
it has totally dried. Usually after a couple of hours.

Be patient, it is important that the weeds die from the root first. Typically 7-14 days weeds
are history.

Watering the lawn in the hot summer months is important. We recommend that you water
your lawn at least one inch of water a week. It is important to water infrequently for long periods of time. The best time to water is early in the morning.

Yes, we offer free weed call backs at any time through out the year. We will make sure
that you are satisfied with your lawn guaranteed.

Working with a lawn care company is a partnership where the effectiveness of their work depends largely on how you maintain your lawn. No matter how much work we do on your lawn, it can not be an attractive lawn unless you mow and irrigate according to our instructions.

If you notice unsightly clumps of grass, or wide bladed grass in the early spring typically before June 1st it is unlikely that it is crabgrass. These types of grass are called “clump fescue” or “Quack Grass”. Unfortunately there is no way to get ride of these grasses with out using a total kill herbicide (round-up) and reseeding the area’s.

Core aerating is very important to the health of your lawn. It is recommended to aerate in the fall for two reasons. 1st is when we apply crabgrass preventer it creates a barrier or a blanket to protect the lawn. When you aerate it breaks that barrier or protection. 2nd- Most of your lawns root development happens in the fall. Fertilizing after a core aeration is recommended. Over seeding at this time is also a good idea if you have a thin lawn.

We base our fertilizing programs on Purdue University research. Doing five applications allows us to treat your lawn every 6-8 weeks. All of our fertilizer is slow released which feeds your lawn between applications. If heavy rain or irrigation happens after an application the fertilizer does not dissolve right away. The fertilizer has a coating which helps it break down over time consistently feeding you lawn until the next application.

We use only dry slow release fertilizer. We pride ourselves in the products that we use. We have access to fertilizers that homeowners can not buy at there local hardware stores. All of our fertilizers are Organically based meaning they contain a lot of important nutrients that are important to your lawns health. We use liquid weed control when necessary. Using liquid weed control gives us better coverage and better results that typical weed and feed fertilizers do.
